Lakeland's Little Learners' Board of Directors
The Lakeland's Little Learners Board of Directors is comprised of five Officers. Four of these are elected positions, each serving two year terms.
Administrator
Tami Adams has worked with children for her entire career. Tami has a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Early Childhood Eduction. She has taught Middle School and then helped to open Lakeland's Little Learners in 1985. She is proud to have the opportunity to see our program grow from 12 children and 3 employees to 350 children and 36 employees. Since Tami is the Administrator of Lakeland's Little Learners she also serves as the President of the Board of Diretors.

Debbie Nehs has had a variety of job experiences prior to joining Lakeland's Little Learners in 1992. She enjoys coming to work each day knowing I will be with children and getting to work with their families, in a place where we all get to learn and grow. Debbie has a Bachelor of Arts in History and has taken several Early Childhood classes as well.

Beth Piccolo
I am honored to introduce myself as the newest member of the Board of Directors for Lakeland Little Learners. My name is Beth Piccolo, and I am thrilled to be a part of this incredible community of passionate and dedicated families. As a parent, I deeply value the role of early childhood education in shaping our children's lives, and I am committed to contributing to the continued growth and success of this wonderful organization.
Professionally, I have a strong background in marketing and communications, holding an MBA and possessing extensive experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, and content creation. Currently, I serve as the Marketing Manager for Delavan Holdings/Lake Lawn Resort, where I lead initiatives that connect families and individuals to experiences that create lasting memories. My experience creating community-focused initiatives and encouraging participation is a great fit with Lakeland Little Learners' vision, and I can't wait to use my abilities to further our common objectives.
